Can I split my payments?
Yes, you are able to do so, but this can only be done over the phone with a collections agent.
How can I know when my next payment is coming up?
Our system automatically sends a reminder 3 days prior to the due date, as well on the day that it is due.
When is the late fee applied to my account?
The late fee is applied 10 days after the due date. However, we do expect proper communication if the payment is late in any case so that we may be able to annotate the account.
How do I know how much I am paying towards my principal with my regular payments?
Our receipts are automatically sent via email. This receipt shows a breakdown of how much is paid for the principal, the interest or any additional fees/charges such as CPI, processing fee or late fee.
What happens if I don’t respond to calls, texts, or emails?
As a collections team, we believe it’s crucial to maintain an open line of communication. Whether it’s related to collections, insurance, or service issues, we encourage you to stay in touch with us.
Can you waive the late fee or processing fees?
Late fees and processing fees are required. To avoid the late fee, please ensure your payment is made on time. Additionally, there are alternative options available that can help you save on processing fees.
